“Aligerum” is Latin for “Having Wings”. This blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah, Mourvedre has blackberry, oak forest floor along with red plum and some floral notes. Tasty stuff and my favorite surprise blend of the vintage!

This deep Mourvedre is a melding of many elements that showcase this full-bodied wine. Aromas of dark purple flowers, sagebrush are met with bold flavors of ripe plum, dark red cherry on the palette, finished by rustic earthy notes of forest floor and a hint of chalk creating a lively, yet balanced statement. Try it out with asian style short ribs or classic BBQ for a decadent pairing. 

We are so pleased how this Fiddlestix pinot turned out.. We’re wishing we had made more! The perfect example of a classic pinot noir; with a delicate aroma of black cherries and herbal-peppery notes. Pleasingly light on the palette, yet still gives a medium to full-body with notes of dried strawberry, and a long, supple and silky finish and smooth mouthfeel. Pairs lovely with a beet salad topped with goat cheese or stuffed mushrooms.
